Order Returns:
You may order via phone, email, or fax. Just give us a brief description of what you need and include your phone # and shipping address. Also, if you have any questions, please let us know.
All orders must have a minimum of 50% down, payable to "Oze Rod Shop" in the form of a wire or check. The balance of payment is due before we can ship your order to you. We charge sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an Ohio address. Shipping will be paid by the purchaser and we use the most economical means possible.
All returns will be assessed a 30% restocking fee and must be accompanied by an RMA #. Call if you are making a return to attain your RMA #.
