This year our succes gave us the opportunity to move into our new facility. Our 21000sq ft shop will give us the oppotunity to create and develop more cars.

With our 10 different deppartements, our products are completely made in house.
Paint room, hand laid fiberglass, trimming, quality control, welding, assembly, developing, store, shipping and office, we can make your dream come true.

Week #1
Skilled technicians hand lay material and resine into our molds using best quality gel coat and resin with UV agent on the market
-All the grill piece are welded in a jig, and polished.
-All chassis and body components are prepaired.
-Windshield and back window are crated to prevent any scrachtes or damage |

Week #2
Body is cured to prevent warping and unpleasant odors.
The next step is to do the trimming and to glue all the wood garnish inside the body. Than all the parts are transferred to the quality control departement to make shure that we give you the best quality product on the market. |

Week #3
A custom chassis is built for your corresponding demand with uncompromised material. All piece are laser cut, rail are assembled with jig and marked up to the X member and components areTig welded. All componants are installed with laser and digital tools to prevent alignment problems and body movement. |

Week #4
Bodies are installed on the chassis with steel reinforcement structures, the doors and trunk are hung to the body and all the fenders are installed. |

Week #5
We make sure that all the gaps are inspected and all the hinges and latches work perfectely.
The last step is to clean the dust that can be occure during the manufacturing process.
-We make arrangements with you and the freight compagny to make shure that the product is delivered on time.
Finally, your dream come true when the freight company delivers this one of a kind street machine into your garage. |
